This also keeps our wonderful neighbors happy, our guests comfortable and enables our insurance agent to sleep peacefully....
- YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ATTEND
- THE USE OF DRUGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
- Alcoholic beverages are not served, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please drink responsibly and do not drink & drive.
- Park in designated parking areas
- Drive SLOWLY on our road for safety and to keep the dust down
- Pets are not allowed. Partners and bears are acceptable if well behaved
- Generators ARE ALLOWED but can be run for maximum 1 hour intervals twice daily and turned off before the dinner bell rings in the evening
- Have a good time, enjoy your stay and be considerate of everyone
