  • If you plan to dine with us, payment (RSVP) needs to reach us prior to Sept 5th. 
  • Receipt of payment is your RSVP.
  • Cost this year will be:  $45/person

ACCOMMODATIONS

Whether you wish to use a tent, a camper, a motorhome or plan to sleep under the stars, we have room for everyone. 

WHAT WE DO HAVE:

  • Bathroom facilities
  • Hot water showers
  • Green area for unlimited tenting
  • Green area for motor homes & campers
  • Designated parking areas
  • Water hydrants
  • Limited electrical outlets for those who need to recharge small batteries (ie: medical device batteries, flashlights, air mattress pumps, night lighting, etc)
  • Shade
  • Covered area for socializing in the event of inclement weather

WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE:

  • Hookups for sewer/water/power
  • 5-star hotel amenities....girls, your hair will be fine!
  • Limousine service
  • Bailbonders
  • Dry clean services

FOOD

Beginning the Friday evening of the final weekend, we have 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts catered for those who RSVP with payment before Monday, Sept 5th.  Dinner is served both Friday and Saturday evenings and breakfast is served both Saturday and Sunday mornings.  

This event is designed to gather our friends and guests for socializing, having fun and networking.  It is not intended to be a fund raiser or a business venture.  We hope you will understand it is simply too cumbersome to "mix and match meals" and keep track of the many details doing so requires.  To keep things simple, your payment of $45 covers all meals and facilities whether you stay the entire time or just one day.

Friday Dinner:  Homemade lasagne, green salad, green beans, bread/rolls, dessert &  beverage

Saturday Breakfast:  Cowboy breakfast casserole, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, milk, juice

Saturday Dinner:  BBQ chicken, baked beans, corn, baked potato, bread/rolls, dessert & beverage

Sunday Breakfast: Biscuits & gravy, bacon,scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, milk, juice
